FIA/AMD Survey

Well this years FIA/AMD survey is online for all to read, I haven’t had a chance to go through it yet but it looks like all the fans that filled it out like F1 and that noone who filled it out didn’t like F1… I think that the over 55s are a misrepresented group too, seeing as most of the people behind the scenes in F1 must come into that age bracket!

Good Hunting

The biggest F1 fan I know is my Grandma, and she is 70+, she just can’t find anyone to go with. Perhaps they should have an OAP F1 bus so they can get to the races??

Well the guys that come into work aren’t all middle aged - though the boss guys are! Is funny watching the tests cos the engineers from the teams all look very stressed!
Bill Millar is a strange guy (I take it you have heard of him)

The FIA are useless!
They have managed to publish the 2008 regulations on their website but they havent even finalised the 2007 regulations - however we are now meant to be testing stuff to 2007 Regs - except we dont know what they are! Silly people!!!

Isn’t that because the 2008 regulations are set but the 2007 ones aren’t yet? Because of the concorde agreement finishing, engine homogulation (sp) etc…

Surely it would make sense to set the 2007 Regs first.
Homologation is the word you are lookign for (see I is learning big words in my new job!) I hate seat homologation tests they are a pain!!! But how can we test to regs that dont exist yet???
